Meet AE Jones

With more than 15 years of experience in the entertainment industry, AE brings a deep and multifaceted understanding of the creative process and the unique needs of creative professionals, grounded by their roots in representation, television production, and business & creative development.

Known for staffing writers from underserved backgrounds onto major television series, their track record as a representative includes launching clients on shows across Netflix, Amazon, CBS, CW, and the Disney Channel, among others.

Their clients’ success springs from AE’s extensive experience in project development and background in operations and data analysis. AE has created effective, efficient systems designed to promote the most promising creative and actionable business leads for creative clients, developed for such companies as Kaplan Stahler Agency, Paradigm Talent Agency, NBCUniversal, Red Bull Media House, and Manatt, Phelps, and Phillips, LLP.  

In 2023, AE spotted a major rift in the entertainment industry: creatives’ growing difficulty bridging the logistical and creative gaps between their ongoing independent projects and dwindling industry opportunities. This rift sparked the idea for Second Brain Creative— a singular boutique for partnering with and empowering creatives with bespoke pathways to achieving their own definitions of success.

Driven by a deep passion for marrying artistic integrity with commercial appeal, AE works with clients to create, define, and effectively convey their unique voice, while strengthening their resilient work process. Through project and slate development, experience-driven business strategy and guidance, and ongoing career coaching, they balance the pragmatic with the creative to garner tangible progress and results. 

Jones is a member of the Hollywood Radio & Television Society - Associates (HRTSA), and lives with their spouse and two black cats in Los Angeles. At all times, they are surrounded by art & crochet supplies, planning materials, and Emotional Support Stuffies™.
